Delete your UST account

Ultra Subscription Tracker (“UST”) by 24heights Services Limited

If you never signed in UST keeps your subscriptions only on your phone, and we hold no account for you. Uninstalling the app, or using Settings → Erase all subscriptions, removes everything.

Option 1: in the app (fastest)

Open UST and go to Settings → Account.
Tap Delete account and confirm.

Your account is deleted immediately.

Option 2: by email (if you no longer have the app)

Email support@ultrasubscriptiontracker.com from the email address you use to sign in to UST, with the subject “Delete my UST account”.
If you write from a different address, we will send a confirmation to your account email to check that the request is yours.

We delete the account within 7 days and reply to confirm.

What is deleted

Your email address and account ID
All synced data: subscriptions, payment history, budget, settings, display name and profile photo
Your list of signed-in devices

What is kept, and for how long

Encrypted backups held by our hosting provider are overwritten within 30 days.
Records of Pro purchases are kept by Apple or Google and by RevenueCat for as long as needed to meet tax and legal obligations. These are linked to an app user ID, not to your email. Deleting your account does not cancel a Pro subscription: cancel it in your App Store or Google Play subscriptions.
