Terms of Use

Effective 13 October 2026 · Ultra Subscription Tracker (“UST”)

These terms are an agreement between you and 24heights Services Limited (“we”, “us”) for your use of the UST app. By downloading or using UST you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the app.

1. What UST does

UST helps you record the subscriptions you pay for and reminds you before they renew. It is a personal organiser. UST:

• does not connect to your bank, card or provider accounts;
• does not cancel, pause or change any subscription for you; you must do that with the provider;
• works out renewal dates from the information you enter, so reminders are only as accurate as that information.

2. Reminders are a convenience, not a guarantee

Reminders and alarms depend on your device: notification permission, Focus/Do Not Disturb, battery-saving modes, the date and time settings, and whether the app is installed. Providers can also change prices or billing dates without telling us. Exchange-rate conversions are estimates; your bank may charge a different rate. Cancellation guides are general help and providers change their steps. You remain responsible for checking your provider accounts and statements and for cancelling anything you no longer want. We are not responsible for charges made by any provider.

3. Free and Pro

UST is free to use with limits shown in the app. UST Pro unlocks extra features and is offered as a monthly or yearly auto-renewing subscription, as shown on the upgrade screen.

Billing

• Pro is purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play and charged to your store account. Prices are shown in the app in your store’s local currency before you confirm.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period at the then-current price unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the period ends. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
• Manage or cancel Pro in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
• If a free trial is offered, any unused portion ends when you buy a subscription.

Refunds

Payments are processed by Apple or Google and refunds are handled under their policies. Request a refund through Apple (reportaproblem.apple.com) or Google Play. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.

Price changes

We may change Pro prices. Apple and Google notify existing subscribers and, where required, ask for consent before a higher price applies.

4. Your account and data

You can use UST without an account. If you create one, you must use an email address you control, keep access to it secure, and you are responsible for activity in your account. One account is for one person.

Signed-in data is backed up and synced as described in our Privacy Policy, but sync can be delayed or fail (for example without a connection), so keep your own export if the data matters to you. Without an account, data lives only on your device and we can’t recover it from a lost, reset or replaced phone.

An account is for one person and can be signed in on up to 2 devices at a time; you can replace devices a limited number of times each month. Sharing your account or Pro with other people isn’t allowed, and we may limit or suspend accounts used that way. You can delete your account at any time in the app. Deleting your account does not cancel a Pro subscription; cancel that in your App Store or Google Play settings. We may suspend accounts used to abuse or attack the service.

5. Acceptable use

Don’t copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell or redistribute the app except as the law allows, and don’t use it to break any law.

6. Ownership and trademarks

UST, its design and code belong to 24heights Services Limited. Names of services such as Netflix, Spotify or DStv appear only so you can label your own subscriptions; they are trademarks of their owners, who do not sponsor or endorse UST.

7. Disclaimers

UST is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent permitted by law, we make no warranties that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or that reminders will always be delivered. Nothing in UST is financial advice.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for charges, fees or losses caused by a provider billing you, including where a reminder was missed. Our total liability for any claim relating to UST is limited to the amount you paid for Pro in the 12 months before the claim, or US$10 if you paid nothing. Some places don’t allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

9. App Store terms

If you got UST from the Apple App Store: these terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for UST. If UST fails to meet an applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any); Apple has no other warranty obligation. We, not Apple, are responsible for any product, legal or intellectual-property claims about UST. You confirm you are not in a country subject to a U.S. embargo and are not on a U.S. restricted-party list. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them. Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. If you got UST from Google Play, the Google Play Terms of Service also apply.

10. Ending use

You can stop using UST at any time by deleting it. We may suspend or end the app or these terms, for example if we stop offering UST; if we do, we will try to give reasonable notice in the app.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. If you are a consumer living elsewhere, you keep any mandatory protections of the law where you live, and you may bring claims in your local courts.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. We will change the date above and, for important changes, tell you in the app. Continuing to use UST after changes take effect means you accept them.
